Terms and Conditions

Eligibility 

  • The SeamlessHR Referral Programme is open to you only if you are a user on your organisation’s SeamlessHR software or have been selected by our in-house team.
  • We’re defining referral leads as new customers to SeamlessHR, so referrals who turn out to be one of our existing customers will not count.
  • Your referral lead is ineligible if it is a contact at a company that our Sales unit is already in discussion with. We will inform you about such a development as soon as we discover it. 
  • No referral will be accepted from an employee of a Channel Partner.
  • The team will notify you if your referral lead results in a sale.
  • If you are an employee of a SeamlessHR client company, your company must give you permission to participate.

  • From the provisions of the Code of Conduct Bureau and Tribunals Act, public officials/government employees are exempted from participating in this programme.

Rewards  

  • The referrer’s earnings will be 10% of the total deal value and is capped at $10,000.
  • 10% of the Implementation Fee payable 7 days after payment is received from the client.
  • 10% of the subscription fee payable 30days after the client has gone live on the application.
  • We will pay every referral when due into designated corporate and partner accounts.
  • Individual referral partners who are employees of SeamlessHR clients must ensure they abide by their company disclosure policies regarding collection of rewards.
  • The referral will also be time-based and the deal will have to be closed within 4 months of it being referred. Longer time may be considered for large-sized organizations.

Please note that referral rewards will only be paid once per referred account.

We reserve the right to amend, modify, or discontinue the SeamlessHR Referral Programme without prior notice.   

SeamlessHR retains sole discretion and authority to interpret all aspects of this promotion, including, but not limited to, criteria and eligibility.
